Most orders take 3-5 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. This DOES NOT include shipping timeline. PLEASE READ BELOW.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
USPS First Class: 7 - 10 days (may be longer, depending on USPS workload)
USPS Priority Mail: 3 -5 days (may be longer, depending on USPS workload)

STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including gift cards, accessories, t-shirts, and jackets. All online and in store/event sales are final. 

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at komsilike@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after the 7 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
